When will my order ship?

Every OUTLENA piece is made to order: 2–5 business days production, then shipping (EU 4–9 business days; UK & Switzerland 5–10).

Can I return an item?

Yes. If you're in the EU or UK you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery (we extend the same to Switzerland). Items must be unworn with the hygiene liner intact, and return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free — covered by the statutory guarantee (minimum 2 years in the EU). Details on our Returns & Refunds page.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Items are sometimes produced in different facilities and travel separately — there's no extra charge to you.

How do I choose the right size?

Use our Size Guide — if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a snug, sculpted fit.

What are the products made of?

Our swimwear is 88% recycled polyester / 12% elastane (EU-made) and Active pieces are 82% polyester / 18% spandex with UPF 38–40.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and major credit and debit cards at secure checkout.
