Welcome to OUTLENA. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of outlena.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

OUTLENA is a brand operated by Big Idea Pro, Obrenovićeva 46, Serbia (Tax ID / PIB: 113252904). Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to OUTLENA. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always posted here.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

Our products are original OUTLENA designs, made to order through our production partner. Product photos are for illustration; slight variations in colour, print placement and fit can occur between individual items and between screens. Prices are shown at checkout in euros (€) and may change without notice.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example in case of mispricing or suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if we do. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your order enters production only after payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

We sell and ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Any customs or import charges outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns & consumer rights

EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and all customers benefit from the statutory guarantee for faulty goods (minimum 2 years in the EU). Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property

All OUTLENA designs, prints, text and imagery are the property of OUTLENA / Big Idea Pro and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUTLENA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence (including EU and UK consumer law).
